This is a online only company that performs open robbery! I do not understad why this kind of business can even exist. I thought they are apply suppor t people and asked them about one problem I had with Office 2011. They tricked me by connecting me to a tech who knows literally nothing but remotely control your computer for a while (this still scares me because he may still can get into my computer). Then they say I have been enrolled into a 2-year service with 3 payments of $99. OMG, I do not know what this charge is for! Stay away from any company that has only a website. Frankly, their behavior is a criminal act. I hope someday they will be dealt with by law enforcement.
