I ordered a "West Wing" set of DVD's for my son on Sep 19. My credit card was charged for $99.00 a couple of days later. After approximately 2 weeks, I contacted (by e-mail) the company, asking about my shipment. The account information showed no activity. I received a reply stating that my DVD's would be shipped in 48 hours and given a tracking number for USPS.com. I went to the USPS site and entered the tracking number and was given an error message that the site could not track the number provided. I have tried the number several times since then with the same results. I contacted the site again after a week and explained I still had not received the order and the tracking number does not work. I have yet to hear from the cheqoot website. I have sent 5 e-mails to them requesting the DVD's or a refund. Still no word from them.
