I ordered the Fraiser complete box set and have still not received the set. I have sent them an email through their "contact us" and have not heard back from them. There is no phone number for the company and I left my own phone number: 832-814-7777, but no one has contacted me. I have since moved into a new apartment and have been trying to speak with someone regarding the new delivery. The status of my order after all of this time is "processing" Yet, they have charged my credit card and have had my payment since October 16. Please help
