I, like many others, sent away for the "trial" offer of this product, it was advertised as £3.05 plus £1.00 shipping to the U.K. When I checked my bank account I discovered to my horror that a further £63.50p had been debited from my account from this company. I reported it to my bank who agreed to put a total block on any further transactions with this company.
I actually managed to get to speak to someone in the company on Monday (5.15 P.M. Gmt). I said the conversation was being recorded and I threatened them with taking the matter to the police, newspapers and television if they did not refund my money. The person eventually said if I returned the goods (even though the pot had been opened) the cream is useless by the way, they would refund my money. I agreed. Then five minutes later I received an email from them to say that the money was being refunded into my account, and I would receive no further communication from them. I received the refund today. So this is a lesson well and truly learned. Do not buy from this company, it is a total and utter scam!!
