On July 10 I purchased a 2004 IS 300 Lexus from this dealership with the understanding that a title would be delivered to me within 3 weeks. After the time period passed and the temp tags were scheduled to expire, I did not received a title and the tags were extended until the MVA would not allow them to extend the tags any longer. After having the car for 3 months and the tags expired, Ispent money for a Maryland safety inspection, mechanical repairs, loan interest and other purchases made for the car. The car was returned and the dealer charged me for every mile I drove at the highest amount they could charge, refused to paid me for any repairs I made to the car which were problems they sold me the car with and I needed up having to come out of my pocket to pay off the auto loan. This company sale cars to the public without the ability to deliver a title and if they can not provide a title to the customer, you will end up without a car and coming out of your pocket for mileages and other mayor things.
