Purchased Speedy PC Pro in January. They requested to have me allow them to access my computer remotely from theirs. After arguing with them I thought it was dangerous, they told me they are all Microsoft techs and very legal and trustworthy. After trying to sell me another plan for a couple of hundred dollars a year, after telling me my system was in serious shape, I hung up. A few week later the Speedy PC Pro software didn't work anymore. I called them back today to try to get it going again, and the technician hung up on me when I told him my product key was no longer working and didn't allow him access to my computer.
This company is a total sham. Don't buy the software. Don't even talk to them. I was purchasing the software for 29.99 and when I checked out it automatically slammed another 10.00 on there. There is no one at the company that will help you.
