This months statement had a charge we did not recognize. We called on it and the recorded message stated it would be about 30 minutes to hold. We were too busy for that and hung up. I got Novembers statement today with the same charge on it for $59. I am on hold with them as I type this.
We are paying this card off and are not charging things on it so we know it is fraudulent.
I will also file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General in Florida.
