I authorized Grant Approval Network to deduct $1.95 from my checking account for the shipping cost of the DVD. I then checked my balance today and saw that there was an additional fee from them for $79.97. The additional fee was not an authorized transaction. I have tried numerous times to contact their customer service with no success. I have also tried to cancel my membership through their website and telephone cancellation processes and have been unable to do so. If anyone has any additional information on how to cancel the membership and be refunded the total amount paid to them it would be a great help.
