I purchased 4 Douglas tires from Walmart one month ago. Yesterday we noticed the back passenger was bulging. I took it back to Walmart and they said nothing can be done because it was driven on. However their was no reason for it to be going flat after one month they could find. Then they did not even tell me as I was very upset when I left but they wrote on the paper that my front drivers side also needs to be replaced. These tires are one month old and they should not need to be replaced yet if nothing is causing them too. I am so unhappy and unsatisfied with Walmart and Douglas right now. However I am hoping we can resolve this issue on our own. I went in to get a new tire from somewhere else and was informed that the tires I had on my car were not correct for my car. They put on the wrong tires. Of course when I went in to confront them about this they denied it and said the tires were fine. I then took it somewhere else and they told me with out me bringing anything about any of it up that the tires on my car were incorrect also. So 2 different tire dealers told me they were incorrect. So one month after I have tires put on my car and they start bubbling up, I find out they are incorrect tires. I have 2 children and this was very dangerous for all of us. I am hoping someone contacts me very soon being I now have this new information and it was potentially a dangerous and life threatening mistake. Made on Walmarts part that no one wants to accept and own up to. I have already told many people I know of my experience and this is not leaving a good taste in their mouths either.
