After paying they provide a download for software called media crawler. There is an email address and password area to supposedly sign into media crawler, but just pressing the login button will sign you in.in the search area, none of the files that show up on their web site are available on media crawler. I was led to believe I could download information to help my son with his science homework. This a rip off. I requested a refund and was told that I had paid for a year and after a year my membership would be deactivated. I can safely say this site will not be used and I have been taken. Please do not fall for this scam.
