I paid the $1.99 for a 7 day trial and yes I saw that if I did not cancel they would change my card the full amount in 7 days. 5 days later I was charged the 69.95. I wrote to media crawler they said I had to talk to avangatge who said I ahd to talk to media crawler
I wrote 4 times to media crawler and got the same canned reply that I had not cancelled within 7 days and it was still on 7 days at the time
So Ic alled my cc co and have stopped the payment.
Media crawler has to get a real person to reply to complaints not a letter sent to people who can possibly not bother to fight the charge
well sorry, I have proof I cancelled within 7 days (5 to be exact) and im not paying!
