This morning I bought a 7-day trial subscription to Media Crawler. Once the payment went through I realised the whole thing was a scam. I then read on this forum that many other people have been had too. To avoid being charged the full amount, I immediately cancelled the trial subscription by logging on to secure. Avangate.com using my e-mail address and order number. Once there I was able to change my subscription status for Media Crawler, disabling the auto-renewal option. A few minutes later I got a confirmation email from Avangate Customer Service saying that 'the automatic payment for your Media Crawler after trial expiry has been successfully cancelled'...
