I was also informed as I sent the $1,900 dollars off that part of this resolution was that my past due or soon to be payment would be defered and added on to the end of the loan, therefore I could afford their services. Unaware that It is illegal to charge for any pre-modification services and to misrepresent their actual relationship with lenders. After a month and $1,900 dollars I was indignantly removed from my home, and a call to my mortgage co. Several months later revealed that they had not even been contacted. Total losses about 285,000
