I was told by them I qualified for the Hamp program. Luaren who no longer works for them lied to me told me not to make a payment. My loan got sold to Seritus and they are stating that they were never informed of whT Newport Mortage was doing, and furthermore no one answers their phones at all. George took over my document preperation and he has copmpletly disappered.
