I am in the process of making gel candles to give to family and friends as Christmas presents so I have been searching online for the best deals. Well, BEWARE of the "best deals". I found a web site to order from called http://www.rusticescentuals.com and found some things that I wanted to order.

At first there was a mix up in order delivery because of the so called company "vacation time". I was in the process of leaving for vacation myself and was gone approximately two weeks. When I returned, I still hadn't received my order. Since there is NO telephone number posted on their web site, I had to use email.

Apparently my order was shipped while I was on vacation but they had entered the address wrong. So I received an email back from the company and in the email they said I was rude. This of COURSE made me angry because they said in the email that they had no control over what UPS does. So I called UPS and they told me that Rustic Escentuals entered the address wrong. At this point I don't know if I am going to receive my order and my credit card has already been billed.

I posted my disatisfaction on the company guest book and then my I.P. Number was banned. I have included a copy of the email that has the name of the person I received it from.

In a message dated 7/19 1:05: 02 PM Eastern Daylight Time, [email protected] writes:

I did not receive this order! I checked the tracking and it said that it was returned to sender because the address was wrong but all the information is correct on the invoice that I recieved from you. Has my credit card been billed? I'm sure it has. I have been waiting for this order for 2 weeks! I have two orders with you. I WANT MY ORDER!

Yes, I'm well aware there are two orders contained within one tracking number.

Yes, your credit card was charged when the order was processed & shipped. The order was processed & shipped promptly and in a timely manner. This is standard procedure for any company.

The order has not yet been returned to me. It is IN THE PROCESS of being returned via UPS. According to the tracking, scheduled return delivery date is July 24th.

Your rude email lets me know you assume that I can control what happens to your parcel once it leaves our hands. I cannot. It is in the hands of UPS.

I've had this happen once before with UPS and when the parcel was returned to me there was an error with the bar code. This is the fault of the thermal printer.

Rest assured that your order will be rerouted to you once it's returned. I have absolutely NO control of how quickly (or slowly) UPS delivers your package if you choose UPS Ground Service.
