I purchased what was supposed to be authentic UGG boots on this website, www.mybootsonsales.com. When I received them, the quality was apparent that they weren't UGG boots. There were blemishes from poor workmanship. I have tried to reach the seller via email more than 4 times and they have not responded. There was no return label in the box, and the website, www.mybootsonsales.com does not provide a phone number or address.
