Same here... I'm in New York and had this "voucher" from Alliance go through my checking account. When I called up Chase - the woman seemed very confused and said she'd never seen a voucher like this and didn't know what it was, but was refunding my money. I'll be contacting my local police department and the Better Business Bureau.
