N/a can't find accessed my checking account without authorization. Didn't sign up to be a member took out 60.00 and now am screwed

Just Answer accessed my checking account and i didn't authorize it. Have closed 3 checking accounts due to unauthorized takeouts. Am being tired of doing this. Just answer is a ripoff how do i fix this? Need help with this. Now i am broke and have bills to pay. How do they get these account numbers?
