We recieved a coupon in valu-pak for duct cleaning for $79.00. It stated ulimited vents up to a single furnance. We vacuum and brush, deodorize &clean each duct under negative pressure. Plus basic cleaning for the furnance including all interior componets. When we called to set up an appontment, my husband talked with the sales person and she also said that it included all vents. Today 2 guys came to do the job. Went around did all the supply vents then when it came to the return vents, he showed us all the dirt that was left in the returns and stated that it woud cost us $399.00 plus the $79.00 to clean the return vents. My husband showed him what the coupon said unlimited vents. There is nothing that states return vents are extra. Called the phone numer on the coupon and asked to speak to a superviser. A lady named tiffany stated that she was the supervisor, kept putting me on hold. I tried to explain the situation and she stated that return vents were extra. She stated that she would come down to $299 instead of $399. I told her no. My husband told the guys to pack up and leave. They charged me $79 to do 10 supply vents and wanted to charge me another $299-$399 for 5 return vents. This doesn't make any sense. Now the job is only half done.
