I purchased a a pair or Ugg boots in good faith from Australian Uggs Boots on the understanding I would receive low cost original Ugg Boots, how wrong was I??!! Firstly I never received a confirmation email from them which made me think that my order had not gone through. Then they arrived a couple of days later in a damaged Ugg Box and granted they did look a little convincing apart from the fact the the fur inside was come out in clumps! I've tried to contact the company without success - how do I get my money back? Any advice welcome.
