Iordered a trial product, free with just postage charges. A month later I recieved another product and was charged from my credit card. I had found out from the website that this was a scam, and I contacted the cc company, they placed a stop order on my acc, to stop the funds being taken out. I also phoned the company and they said they would refund the money but that I needed to cancel on the web site, am unable to get that page. I will be checking my emails and canceling my card if I have to.
