I ordered a free trial of the Kronos hair product online from Glow.com. I didn't realize I was clicking through "paid advertising" online. It appeared like a product review article. That's the first of misleading business practices. Then, after placing the order and order having been confirmed, I was provided the fine print about being billed $98.50 tax for the free trial products if not returned within 30 days.
