They provided horrible customer support to people that paid for the product

Do not order jurisdictionary. I paid for the full course and misplaced my cds. I looked all over for them. What i did get, i never thought was worth the amount charged, but being overcharged is just a common occurrence in todays society. Anyways, i called the company and asked them to resend the starter email link to the address on file? My so that i could have something and not have totally wasted my money. I didnt even ask for the cd set.

The person i spoke with wouldnt even send the temporary link which he acknowledged isnt the full course. They were so afraid of bootlegging and file-sharing that they negatively impact customers that PAID for the product

If i had known how they were, i would have never ordered from jurisdictionary. Also they are NOT the only company on the internet? With information on how the court system works and they are NOT customer friendly imo.

Makes sure u put ur cds in a safe somewhere, god forbid anything happens to them like in my case. Its ironic how they have all of this talk about right and wrong and values etc and they function like the everyone, even their customers are criminals. Buyer beware!
