This company called and stated that they were Microsoft and was calling because of the computer generated error reports that my computer has sent during its automatic updates. They then convinced me that they needed to remote access my computer to see why it was sending such error reports. They did this then told me that I had to fill out this form which included my credit/debit information but that I would not be charged until they ran all the tests and then only after that I would need to tell them that I was satisfied and then they would charge me the $177 which was to include the repair service, monthly updates, and a year of complete customer care. Not only did they mess my computer up to the point that I now have trouble even sending an email just by their remote accessing it but they charged my account immediately. I have sent them numerous emails and nothing has been done. I contacted Microsoft and they told me that they are not affilated in any form or fashion with NAIS and would never call me about such computer generated reports but would send me and email to have me contact them. Not only do they misrepresent themselves by stating that are with Microsoft but when they charge your account it comes out as being paid to a company called Global Online Services.org not even their name there again. They are nothing but a scam and will take you for your money. They need to be stopped!!!
