I had similar experience to previous complaint. Although the website I went through was www.completesoftwarecenter.com it is the same company. I went to download ms office, it gave an error message. I very ignorantly gave them the ability to remote my computer. They took control at 10:30am and were still trying to download it when I went to bed at 10pm. When I got up the next morning not only did office still not work they somehow managed to erase my entire network connection. When I go to my network page the whole network is simply gone. No way to connect. It states network unknown.in contacting them afterwards they say they have nothing to do with that problem, their stance is that it is a hardware malfunction. You can't talk to anyone, the phone number is simply a recording directing you to chat. I had asked them also why they had uninstalled my anti virus software and they claim hey didn't, but I watched him as he did it. They have a cheaper price, but you will pay for it in the end.
