They were loaning us 10,000.00 they said we have to put up 681.24 they now have 1099.00 because they had to get more they said they would need more so we give up to 1099.00. We said no more and we had to wait till oct. 24 for a refund and joe Mengeq than said we would have to send him 199.00 for a fee to get our money back. On the contact there is nothing About fee to cancel.
