On black Friday was at LongHorn at 35400 Warren Rd. Westland Where me and my Fiance have gone since it Opened. Steak and everything was Great until Went to eat Fried Shrimp and came upon a Hair... Our Server SHELLY was Awesome. Management on the other hand was Not. Never offered anything just said Sorry that Happened. Shelly did give us desert. But in all Fairness Management defiantly should have done something. Thanks Shelly because of you we will come back. I feel We should have gotten meal 1 meal free or something. Shelly did what she was allowed to do..
