I went to Redd Lobster for my granddaughters birthday which should have been something very special instead we were disrespected by the manager. First all of our food was never received and when bought to the waitress attention she was very nice, however once i realize that my son had not received all of his food and I never received all of mine I was ready to just pack up and go. Upon paying my bill I asked the manager why did I have to pay gratuity for such horrible service she called the police. I love Red Lobster and have been taking my family there for all occasions for over 20 years and this is what I get. I understand that gratuity has to be paid and this was not my problem the service was not good and I did'nt feel that I shoild have had to tip anyone. Allie could have been more professional. She's truly not a peoples perso and is in the wrong line of business. This red Loster is in Rochester NY and is located in Greece NY. Rochester 0410. I/we were totally mistreated by someone who I feel was probaly having a bad day.
