In response to a pop up quick survey, I was offered a choice of gifts, FREE, just postage to pay. The Dead Sea Kit sample was my choice. When I realised it was a scam I contacted my bank and they have put a stop against any further charges. However the Dead Sea company have tried to put through two further amounts of £97 each, which the bank has returned.
How can we stop these pop up surveys and how can we get our money back. No goods have been received and I have no idea who to contact or where to go to get a refund.
