Web offer for trial of bela bright for $1.03.
I received to 2 kits in 1 package; one labled free trial and the other labled complete program. I do not know why I was charged $3.87 in addition to the $1.03. On 10/15 I was charged $78.41 for the "complete program".
They will not refund my money if I send this back to them. It was not at all clear that I would be sent other items which I would be financially responsible for when I ordered this "free offer". It is quite clear that this is a scam and this is how this compamy turns a profit.
