I ordered a replacement remote for a Denon AV receiver. I received an e-mail saying transaction was successful and we will ship your goods at the first possible opportunity. No other e-mail saying anything about order shipped and by who and where to track it. I also called their number for "customer service" from their website and phone just rings, no automated system or voicemail, just a ringing phone. Great they deducted the money from my account and now have my account info to boot. Off to call the bank and see what they can do. When i told the person who gave me the receiver that i just ordered the remote for it, wouldn't you know they ended up looking for and finding the original remote! Awesome...
