I ordered a replacement remote control for Remote Controls Inc. After about a month I called and they gave me the runaround that it was back ordered and it should be sent out next Monday, this happened a couple of times and finally I said I wanted a refund. They said it would be credited to my account, after a week of it not showing up I called again and they said there was a problem with their system and they would have to mail it to me. That was about a month ago now and still nothing. They didn't answer their phone very often, and when they did they pretended they were checking into and nothing was ever done.
