I had trouble with my router I went on line and got Belkin toll free number and contacted nevertheless I was told it was not my router transferred me to technical sopport "PCSMARTCARE" was told my computer had a virus I panic and was told I needed to act immediate working in viewer pointed out "code 404" and other computer message that stated "STOP WORKING" I panic, he stated it is serious virus that will crash my computer first charging a $100 i told him i do not have that to pay then he offered a one time fee 50 I accepted. As he was ensuring they fix it I noticed the code 404 were gone but the other information were the same, later while talking with a freind who knows techinal support reminded me code 404 simple "page not finded" my mind still not together until later while workin on line code 404 displayed "page not finded". I contacted the number and they had no trace taking money from me. I immediate contacted my bank and stop payment!!! I contacted Belkin from the CD information provided by Belkin and noticed the the introduction was not the same therefore I asked to review my records the last time i called in the information provided did not indicated saturday services and deneyed any records or transations outside dates provived and transfered me to their customer complaint i proved the fake numbers and name of support he stated do no belongs to Belkin... Also told by Belkin this compay paid Google to have the first spot to appear legit
