Purchased wireless net adapter at walmart.

Installed belkin software on my computer

At completion of install, software said next, when i hit the button the computer froze

I have not been able to enter the computer since

I talked to and emailed belkin reps all over the world.

Each ended in making an excuse, referring me to someone else or flat hanging up
