I sent my phone in over 2 months ago, if not 3 & not only did they have to requote my phone & it was way less than what i was originally quoted, but I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAYMENT! Do not use hell

Hello Totem is a complete waste of time! They mailed me a package for my phone, took forever to get it, then I finally got to send my phone in, since I was happy with the quote I was given,
Well after they received my phone they sent me an email with a requote & it was
Way less than what I was originally quoted, but it has been 2 if NOT 3 months already & I
Still have NOT RECEIVED MY PAYMENT!!! They are nothing but thieves and liars, huge scam
Artists, I do NOT recommend ANYone to use them or the same will happen to you, BEWARE!!
