Received my phone but have not paid me in over three months

I sent in my phone to Hello Totem over three months ago. There website shows that they have received the phone but I have not received payment for it. I have tried contacting them by phone but no one will answer. When I send them an email no one responds.

I sent my phone in over 2 months ago, if not 3 & not only did they have to requote my phone & it was way less than what i was originally quoted, but I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAYMENT! Do not use hell
