Idon't have the city are state, i think this is an outrage, i din't bother to send them any money. No money orders or cash, what a joke. People ar loosing ther homes, finding it hard to cloth and feed ther children and, they are still tring to rip people of for what they might think is nothing, but so much to the person are person's that, are finding them self's loosing every thing.
