On the 21st of August a service credit was authorised by Acer Australia for my unrepairable acer mobile phone. 2 degrees e-mailed me on the 7Th of September with the offer of ether a new phone or a cash refund. I choose a refund, provided my account details and all contact details but thats it. No refund, no communication, nothing.
I emailed Acer in Australia 2 times since, they called me 2 times to say they have coordinated with 2 Deg. And assured me a service credit has been authorised. I have called and emailed 2DEG. Several times without success. My broken phone was never returned to me.
