Michael Smith keeps calling me about an internet loan that he says I owe. Since the state of Kentucky doesn't regulate internet loans, they, by statute consider this practice illegal. The state informed me that even if I did take out the loan, I wouldn't be obligated to pay it back. This person keeps calling my work place and telling fellow employees that he is an investigator.
