My husband and I went to Southfield Michigan in Feb. We met with a Bryan Camilleri who was working for National Loan Restructuring
We gave him a check in good faith for $3500.00
We signed a contract that they would work on our bahalf to get our loan restructured to a lower interest rate.
We were told we had an illegal loan (as we had to take 2 loans instead of just 1)
The contract states if the company couldn't get our loan reduced, we would get the $3500 back.
The company tried but Bank of America did not approve our loan remodification.
I filled out the paperwork as requested by the company, but have yet to receive the reimbursement check.
When i call, i get no response. Many of the people we worked with have "left the company"
When i e-mail, i get it sent back "undeliverable"
We just want our money back.
