I've made an order for printer ink from this co. On the 7th of October. This was supposed to be a 24 hr shipment and to date I have not received anything. I've been trying to call them no one answers their toll free number. I contacted the Nevada post office to find out that there was a label purchase but no merchandize is sent trough the post office. Two days ago we finally got in touch by msn chatting someone confirmed that the goods were mailed and that the tracking will be updated next day. 48 hrs have passed on this and still no tracking details. This company might be a fraud please investigate.
