I ordered a poster from this company and received a shipment confirmation number the next day from Buy.com informing me that my order was on the way. However, after two weeks had passed I checked the confirmation number with the post office and learned that the item was never submitted to the post office for shipment. The PO was only notified that the merchant had intended to ship something but no shipment was ever received.
