Same case here with me too. First of all they never respond to emails. Even after multiple followups they keep on delaying the response. I never got a report and they charged us 29.95 promptly. When we mentioned that we will dispute them with VISA, that everything is mentioned on front page and they will provide documentation and mention us as fraudulent client. So much for their customer service. STAY AWAY from this company. Total scam.
