When trying to book a hotel on travelforecaster.com I was charged five separate times for five separate hotels when all I wanted was one hotel and one room.
I was charged for five reservations all in the same day. This happened when my credit card was getting processed, during the processing of my credit card an error page kept occuring that stated "could not find server" so obviously I didnt think it was working and trred a few diffrent methods of booking a hotel but the same page kept occurinh.
I checked my reservation history on the website to see what was going on and I noticed I had booked six reservations. I canceled five out of the six but got charged a ten dollsr cancellation fee per room per day so a total of a hundred dollsrs was taken in cancellation fees.
I called the hotel that same day and asked about the fees they said it was the website and they hadn't charged me anything. I trred on several ocassions to email them and never got any kind of response at all. I sent them a total of three emails and in the last one mentioned I would report it and still no response.
