Registered on their website for international calls. It told that there will be $10 charge for 150 minutes. It got all my information including credit card and mailing address. After registeration, it told me that the credit card has been charged and to call customer service to activate the account.
When I called, the customer service was VERY rude and told me that there is a total charge of $11. When I asked to explain $1 extra charge, they said that it is service fee. When asked why do not they mention that when placing the order, they said that it is in their "FAQ".
This is a total rip off company. If there is an extra charge, it should be mentioned at the time of checkout.in the best case, they are wasting their customer's time.in worst case they are ripping off customer with this hidden $1 fee, which they only mention when you call them back.
Stay away from this rip off company.
