One Web Direct has billed my wife for a "call" that she didn't make. I have long distant blocking on my phone but they entered through a web site. This is tantamount to illegal phone tapping.
Their records tell me that this occured on 9/25/04 yet they reported to my phone company that it occured on 9/1/04.
