I have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 truck I paid my warranty up front. I had 127,000 miles on the truck my agent name was kurt he told me no problem. I will be cover under mechanicle failure and I took the deal if anything tear up I will be covered. About a month and a week had past after my thirty days of purchase my water pump went out it happen on the weekend and they were closed. I paid for water pump and paid for it to be put on, I call them back on monday to let them know what had happen they told me since I paid without their authority they are not going to pay me back. 2 months later I had my whole front line went bad about 3300 hundred dollars they me they do not pay for preisisting failure 2 months afer that my head cams went bad they said they do not pay for worn out parts on motor the mechanic said I need a new motor they told me claim denied close my claim. And they always saying I am sorry I am sorry according to your contract mechanicle failure so I ask what is mechanicle failure to yall they could not answer me come on anything that tears up that is failure it is no good it needs to be replace and that is what they are not doing at lease not for me...
