Easton Auto Exchange sold me a used truck, which had motor problems prior to us purchansing it. Got the truck home and it needed a water pump and tires; ok normal wear and tear. My husband took the truck for a drive after the water pump was replaced, massive knocking from the motor.
It turns out the warranty company will on pay a minimum ONLY if the truck was not properly maintained. We only put 100 miles on the truck and the warranty is for 3 months or 3000 miles. So in reality, we got rooked with a truck that was, by no means, properly repaired prior to the purchase; it merely had a patch put on it.
My mechanic informed he is not impressed with the truck. There was 2 quarts of oil too much, and when he removed the dip stick for the oil, smoke poured out of it. I was also on the site for the BBB and noticed there was a woman by the name of Shirley in Belvidere, NJ with the similar situation. It's obvious the mechanic at Easton Auto Exchange has no clue what they are doing!
