I had order the same product and because it had coco in I couldn't use it so went through the process of cancelling in November last year but didn’t know there was a second company involved, just been checking my statements (my fault for not looking) and they had been charging me since £88 a month I have just rang them and was told it is my fault for not cancelling and they have refunded £88 my last payment to me, and I haven’t received anything from them since last November.
