Ordered free sample product on the 4 november had not received anything by 17 november (they had debited my credit card on the 4 november as i had to pay for postage) so i sent them an email on that same day cancelling my order/membership then they debited my credit card again on the 18 november for $109.36. On the 25 november i received 2 packages in the post my free sample plus a tub of hydrofirm cream which i did not want. This has now put my credit card over the limit so i have to pay twice as much now.
